Yeah comics. This actually happen to me couple times. In one instant I gave a well rounded quip to their question thinking maybe they were trying to liven up the situation of interviews. But in another situation when the interviewer ask me, well I just froze. A “question” in which they wanted your “professional response.” Egads.
This EMPIRE is still bi-weekly, plus or minus me adjusting to shifts in the multiverse 🙂

Oak City Hustle, “Everybody loves Bart Cusick”
“We love this city. Oak City Hustle was created to help spread this love by driving pride in Raleigh and throughout the Triangle, exploring and innovating unique local culture while inspiring like crazy.”
Local artist Bart Cusick was feature in their June edition. I know of Bart’s work since my since my days at University he has done some amazing murals, live shows using his illustration skills. Did I mention he has interesting fascination with the yo-yo? I will be sure to reference a link to the article when become available.
Heroes Convention 2015
“HEROES CONVENTION was founded in 1982 by Shelton Drum, owner of Charlotte’s Heroes Aren’t Hard To Find comics shop. Since then the convention has become famous for its comics-first and family-friendly atmosphere, where fans can mingle directly with professionals and exhibitors.”
Yes, it looks like I will make it this year. Pardon me in advance for geeking out, seeing some amazing professionals of the industry can do that to you. If you spot me there maybe we can catch up. But be forewarn I might come off a bit of blundering due to excitement of the convention and meeting you 🙂
