October is Hail-This-EMPIRE!! October 7, 2009 was the launch of the comic.
The sketch above was apart of a #SketchBomb-NC 1st Wednesday event; Bartkira a project where Ryan Humphrey mix The Simpsons with Akira. Community project initiated/edited by James Harvey. Below is previous progress sketches of the finish piece.
The challenge called for five pages so maybe some more might be made.
